Sharlie VSOP is made from high-quality Armenian apples, delivering exceptional flavor and quality. The freshly pressed apple juice undergoes natural fermentation for 3 to 5 days. After fermentation, it is double-distilled in copper rectification stills, producing a spirit with 70–77% alcohol content. The 67% spirit is then aged in oak barrels and carefully stored in a special cellar. Finally, it is diluted with crystal-clear spring water to reach the ideal 40% alcohol level.
